Improve Token Expiration Date Picker

The date picker for the token expiration date on the user settings page does not allow typing a date directly, users must click through months one by one.
Additionally, the DevGuard backend enforces a 1-year maximum token lifetime, but this is not communicated anywhere in the UI.
