ReadLink Error and what is next step

Hi There,

Total noob to pi.

My first project is this one and I managed to install openrowingmontor to my rasberypi pi 3 A+.

However I don't have any idea what to do next.

before jump in the settings for rowing machine what will be next steps ?

How can I go in the menu ? to do that I tried to activate BLE and 80 port with the given command

sudo setcap cap_net_bind_service,cap_net_raw=+eip $(eval readlink -f which node)

However this code prompt error readlink: missing operand on powershell

so how can I do next step ? and how can I open blue screen gui for the control.

I already connect a small hdmi touch screen to it how ever it just showing command propt that asking for password.
