interface, artwork, logos, documentation, and related assets (collectively,
the "Software"), is the proprietary intellectual property of LamaTech.

1. PERMITTED USE

You may download, install, and run an unmodified official release of the
Software for personal, educational, or internal professional use. You may
view the publicly available source code for evaluation, learning, security
review, and personal reference.

2. SOURCE CODE AND MODIFICATIONS

You may not copy source code into another project, modify the Software for
publication or distribution, create or publish a derivative work, or make a
modified build available to any third party without prior written permission
from LamaTech.

When LamaTech grants such permission, every copy or derivative must retain
this license and all copyright, attribution, trademark, and authorship notices.
It must prominently state that Webify Pro was originally developed by
LamaTech and link to the official repository:

Attribution alone does not grant permission to modify or redistribute the
Software.

3. PROHIBITED USE

Without prior written permission from LamaTech, you may not:

- redistribute, mirror, sublicense, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the
  Software or any substantial part of it;
- publish the Software or a derivative under another person, organization,
  product, or brand name;
- remove, hide, or alter the LamaTech or Webify Pro name, logo, copyright
  notice, attribution, or license;
- use the source code, interface, artwork, or assets in another application,
  service, repository, template, course, or commercial product;
- claim authorship or imply that the Software was developed by anyone other
  than LamaTech;
- use the LamaTech or Webify Pro trademarks, names, or logos except to provide

4. CONTRIBUTIONS

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, any code, translation,
design, documentation, or other contribution intentionally submitted to the
official repository grants LamaTech a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable,
royalty-free right to use, modify, reproduce, sublicense, and distribute that
contribution as part of the Software.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Third-party libraries and components remain subject to their respective
licenses. This license applies only to material owned by LamaTech and does not
override third-party rights or applicable law.

6. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW, LAMATECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, DATA
LOSS, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

7. TERMINATION

Any permission granted by this license terminates automatically if you breach
its terms. Upon termination, you must stop the unauthorized use and remove all
unauthorized copies and derivatives in your possession or control.
