Scripts relevant for further video reuse

This has at least two distinct elements, one is retrieving generally useful information from the videos (which parts are annotated etc), and another is to find ways how to keep the connections between original raw media and ELAN annotations, so that creating subtitles to a new constellation of video would be easy. It relates also to general issue of raw data and derived video files, since the relations that have to be known are in many ways the same. I add a folder "film" to this repository for this kind of tools, in case something evolves bigger, then it can be taken apart somewhere else.
