Trigger release process

After all release issues are closed and the manager gives the green light, it's necessary to trigger the release process in the GitHub Actions.

1. Select the Release + Docker Images action on the Actions menu

2. Click the Run Workflow button and select the release-0.5.1 branch

3. Click Run Workflow and wait for the build to finish
