Before starting the release process, it's necessary to scan the images using a CVE scanner.
First, you can build the images using the Manual Docker Publish GitHub action, choosing the release-0.5.1 branch as base.
That will create Docker images and upload them to lucaseduoli/openrag-*, building backend, frontend, opensearch and langflow images.
