Move contents from dev branch to master

Right now, when loading this repository, it looks like it is empty and that no work has been done. However, there is work hidden in the dev branches. 

I would like to suggest moving the work to the `master` branch, or setting the `dev` branch to default to highlight that there is substantial work in this repository.
