[Enhancement]: Gaming — Gaming Profile System (one-click game mode with auto-revert)

Problem

Gamers need to manually configure multiple settings before gaming: kill background processes, set CPU priority, clear RAM, change power plan, block notifications, set timer resolution. This requires 5-10 separate tools.

Proposed solution

One-click Gaming Mode that:

• Kills configurable background processes (with safelist: Discord, OBS, Spotify never killed)
• Sets CPU affinity for game process
• Clears standby memory list (ISLC-style)
• Applies Ultimate Performance power plan
• Blocks notifications (Focus Assist)
• Sets timer resolution to 0.5ms
• Disables visual effects and indexing service
• Per-game profiles saved and auto-applied on game launch
• AUTO-REVERTS all changes when game closes (detect by process exit)
• Snapshot-based restore (captures state before changes)
