Call to undefined method Directory::deleteRecursive()

Hi !

I'm currently testing your app, it's pretty great so far.
I stumbled on an error though on the last version and i'm not sure if it's a config error on my side or a real bug
My goal with this app is hosting a few packages i developped and serve them as debs or rpms.

Error happens in this case (deb repo or rpm repo have the same error):

Create a new repo, upload a file, update metadatas, publish a snapshot ==> this works fine
Next day, upload a new file, update metadatas, publish a new snapshot ==> First error

The error is
Repository root directory '/home/repo/temporary-task-14' does not exist

Then if I try to make another snapshot after this error I get :
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Directory::deleteRecursive() in /var/www/repomanager/controllers/Repo/Task/Update.php on line 145

On the installation part, I have the container running and an external reverse proxy connects directly to the port 8080 of the container (so i'm not using the 'outside' nginx if that makes sense) and i'm using bind mount instead of docker volumes but i don't think it should matter.

I don't see much in the logs so i'm at a loss, any help would be appreciated :)
