Switching to default profile does not "un-dim"

I've set the delay to switch profiles to 30 minutes, which results in the following behaviour:

• The screen dims after 5 minutes
• Right after the screensaver becomes active, the profile is switched.
• In the default profile the screen does not "un-dim" anymore.

Expected behaviour:

• The profile switch should happen after the set idle time, not ater the screensaver idle time
• When a screensaver is active at the moment of switching, this should be deactivated before switching profiles

Thanks for the clear bug report! I have fixed the "un-dim" issue in version 0.3.1.

So far I have not been able to reproduce the issue where the profile is switched right after the screensaver becomes active. I have tested using Gotham beta 3 so this may just be an issue on Frodo. Also, I used a dim timeout of 3 minutes and a switch profiles delay of 5 minutes.
I'll try to test with Frodo and your values over the weekend.

Thank you! Being a SW- and test engineer for many years I should know how to raise a problem report :-)
(By the way I looked into the code but since I don't know XBMC internals, python and event driven programming I couldn't find the resolution to the problem myself)

The "not able to undim problem" has been resolved now. Tested this on Frodo on my Rpi.

But the problem that the profile switch is done at the same time the screensaver kick in is still there. In my setup the screensaver time is 5 mins, and the profile switch time is 30 mins. Behaviour:

• After 5 minutes idle time: the screen undims and right after this the profile swtich happens.

This update is a big improvement for me. I'm thinking of switching to Gotham soon, so if the left-over problem does not occur on Gotham I would consider it a known issue.
