The string for expression datasets should start with the strain the sequences were mapped to, then the strain that they are (or "mixed") after "expr". For some reason, the link in the mines is missing that second strain component.

The dataset is present in the datastore as: https://data.legumeinfo.org/Vigna/unguiculata/expression/IT97K-499-35.gnm1.ann2.expr.IT97K-499-35.Yao_Jiang_2016/
and the files look appropriately named, so it seems to be an issue downstream.
