Bug: Meetingbar no longer has calendar permissions, and does not request it

Bug description

No calendar events are showing, when you go to settings it looks as if it hasn't got permissions to the calendar, opening macOS settings under calendar MeetingBar is not there and there's no way to add it.

I've tried tccutil reset All leits.MeetingBar and relaunching the app but it doesn't request permissions to read the calendar.

Reproduction steps

1. Install meetingbar on macOS 26.3.1
2. Try to setup Apple calendar

Expected behavior

Meetingbar should request access to the apple calendar

I've cloned the project locally, updated it to use a more recent XCode build and a minimum of macOS 15.6 which fixes the issue, not sure if you want to accept this as a fix + modernisation PR but I've raised it here: #899
