Feature: silence meetings with no notifications in calendar #916

Issue that this suggestion fixes

Some meetings are fully optional e.g. "Mr./Mrs. XYZ's Office Hours"
I keep them on the calendar so that I know when they are in case I need to join the next one, but I don't want any notifications for them when they happen. In google calendar, I simply don't have any notification for such a meeting.
It would be great if I could somehow make MeetingBar abstain from showing me a fullscreen notification about these meetings.

Solution description

Proposed solution: when a google calendar event has no notifications, do not send me a MeetingBar fullscreen notification about it at event start.

Note that this is related to, but different from

For meetings I plan to attend, I want to have a google calendar notification in the screen corner some time ahead of the meeting (e.g. 10 minutes early or more, depending on the meeting).
I still want the MeetingBar's notification right at the time of the meeting so that I don't miss meeting start when buried deep in coding session. (Also, MeetingBar makes it awesomely much more convenient to join a meeting. That's why I love using this awesome app.)

Alternatives considered

Doing nothing. This means getting fullscreen notification about a meeting I don't plan to join, which is disruptive to current work. It's okay-ish, but I have few such meetings every week.
