Model not updating with Drag and Drop image

I'm using ckeditor extraPlugins uploadImage, and when I drop an image file into ckeditor it doesn't update the model until I do another action in the editor such as adding text.

I found a solution. I realized that everything is working correctly. However when you drag and drop an image, it needs a sync way to update the value

setTimeout(() => {
 const data  = event.editor.getData()
 console.log(data)
 // save the data...
}
