Boot logos
In skeleton/EXTRAS/Tools/{tg5040,tg5050}/Bootlogo.pak/{brick,smartpro}/:
bootlogo.bmp — the default, shipped as the active logobootlogo_minui.bmp, bootlogo_minui_next.bmp — alternates offered by the Bootlogo pak
Per device family (brick and smartpro have different dimensions), duplicated across tg5040 and tg5050. The Bootlogo pak (workspace/all/bootlogo/bootlogo.c) writes the chosen BMP to the boot partition, so format and dimensions have to match what's already there — worth reading that before regenerating anything.
Header artwork
README.md used to reference github/logo_outline.png, which is not in the repo — the image was broken on the rendered README, upstream as well as here. #3 replaced it with a text heading. A real mark would go back in that slot, plus skeleton/SYSTEM/res/logo.png (18 KB, shown in the UI itself).
Needs someone who can draw. Filing so it isn't forgotten, not because it's blocking anything.
