I'm a grateful user of openwire and have benefited a lot from this tool. However, I've found that currently it does not support image uploads.

I've implemented a fix that enables support for uploading images in OpenAI-compatible formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, WebP). This addition allows users to upload and process images seamlessly within openwire, maintaining compatibility with OpenAI's API expectations.
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Keeping this functionality only in my fork, but that would fragment the update experience for users—especially since openwire is distributed through the VS Code Marketplace.
- Publishing my own version to the Marketplace, but users would not automatically get updates.

Since openwire is registered as an extension on the VS Code Marketplace, to ensure users always receive consistent updates, I'd like to submit my complete patch to you so you can review and decide whether to merge it into the main repository. Please let me know your preferred way to receive this contribution (e.g., via pull request, patch file, or a link to my branch/fork). If you'd like, I'm happy to provide demo files or test steps.
