Make Output Friendly with Shiny?

I can see that the eaBrowse function outputs an html file with associated javascript, css, and html files. I'd like to incorporate EnrichmentBrowser into a shiny app. Currently I resort to linking to the generated html file.

Would it be possible to incorporate these recommendations for ReportingTools to generate shiny-friendly output?

Sounds like a fantastic idea and something worth to pursue.
I'll be looking into that - never created a shiny app before.
