Context

Implements the central pilot part of LI-128, MLX-100, and REL-30.

Scope

Coordinate the real collection-to-container pilot, negative fixtures, cross-repository evidence, and rollout decision.

Acceptance criteria

• Positive pilot produces verified collection and container releases without a person.
• Incompatible, stale, untrusted, and security fixtures behave as specified.
• Cross-repository evidence is complete and immutable.
• No customer pin or customer deployment changes.
• Rollout decision and remaining gaps are documented and linked to LI-128.
