script for auto template rotate

• create a python script that will rotate the image template depending on what year it is, e.g. year of the rabbit etc. and rotates between each animal depending on the current calendar year.
• Example: if the calendar year ends in 2023, its rabbit.png, if the year is 2024, dragon.png, etc.
