Custom scan not segmented properly even after alignment

Hi @limhoyeon, thank you so much for your work!

I’ve been using your repository to segment my own dental scans and have aligned my data using MeshLab to match the coordinate orientation as described. However, even after alignment, the segmentation result is incomplete on my custom scan, as shown below:

Is there any additional post-processing step I might be missing? Or could this issue be related to the fact that ~70% of the training data consists of scans from patients under 16 years old?
