Misplace methods in workspace

Workspace_id is supposed to be replaced at one point but the retrieval scoped on a list of file_ids is using two methods from the workspace class (get_existing_file_ids and get_existing_file_ids_any_partition) so we should move them before deleting the workspace part of the repo
