In Arc 10.x, the tools GUI has a nice formatting option not present in Pro. Further, in Pro, you cannot see the optional paramaters until after you put in the requisite table. Maybe there is a way to do this in pro now, that was not available in Pro v 1
Makes it confusing to make a plan for Expert Corridor Importance Value. But not that bad. Should probably give a heads up on this in the tool help, and hopefully it is in the user guide. Here is what it looks like in arc 10.x
