Build instruction?

Hello,

I have just come across Noah and NoahW.

Since I do not have a Darwin system, I thought that maybe I could try to build the NoahW but I do not see any "Makefile" or CMAKE stuff to build it on Windows (Mingw x64 I presume).

I am also going through the paper now as well.

Any instructions would be greatly helpful.

Also, do you have any pre-compiled binaries that might run on Windows 10 or Windows 11 as well?
