Mint 22.3 - Update manager stuck at 6.14.0-37 outdated kernel

I noticed on 3 different machines:
All ran the 6.14.0-37 kernel. No update /new kernel notification.
Installed manually the next supported 6.17.0-14 kernel.
Then no reboot required notification.

After reboot the Update manager indicates a new update: the 6.17.0-14 kernel. (That kernel which was already installed)
You must run the update process to make the notification to disappear.
