mintupdate show updates available on panel but not in app.

Describe the bug
The Icon on the panel for mintupdate show an update is available.
Refreshing opening mintupdate and doing a refresh shows no updates available.

mintupdate showed updates available, when I opened it, just one update and it was an applet sound150@claudiux. I installed it and the screen now says all up to date, but panel is still showing updates available.

Expected behavior
panel should no longer show available updates.

After logout and login, the panel icon is correct. Shows no updates available.

21.2; 5.8.4 - been seeing this for a while on a regular basis.
Restarting mintupdate cleans it up - until the next set of updates makes it go out of sync again.

Haven't see this in quite a while, and since it was LM 21.1 and I'm on 22.3 I'm going to make a while guess I probably will not see it again.
