Waterfox web apps open in default profile #374

What happened?
I observed when selecting "Waterfox (flatpak)" as the browser option, it appears that instead of launching in a newly created profile (+isolated profile selected), Waterfox instead just opens its default profile, and doesn't even open the website. This does not happen with Firefox (native) or LibreWolf (flatpak). Is this an issue on Waterfox's side or the LM Web Apps side?
Regular profile path:
Root dir: /home/me/.waterfox/2ytvhidw.default-release
Local dir: /home/me/.var/app/net.waterfox.waterfox/cache/waterfox/2ytvhidw.default-release
Web app path:
Root dir: /home/me/.waterfox/2ytvhidw.default-release
Local dir: /home/me/.var/app/net.waterfox.waterfox/cache/waterfox/2ytvhidw.default-release
Tested and confirmed on a fresh LMDE install in addition to my daily driver Mint system.
