trying to select/deselect items valus

hello i have some issue when i am trying to select enable deselect items.
can you help me
the error line is bellow:

small question that widget is stateless or statefullWidget ?

I am using BLOC for state management

try to put controller in CountryLocalityBloc and remove initialisation before BlocBuilder
because everytime that widget rebuild it will create new instance of GroupController and since SimpleGroupedCheckbox statefull it doesn't take it in consideration but i wll fix it also from my side to prevent that
and it will become like this :

Hi ! thanks for the package , i have the same problem using blocbbuilder my widget is a stateful widget where i initialize de controller, and i also follow your workaround but still same thing. im using CustomGroupedCheckbox
are you bby chance planning a fix soon ? thank you again

I finaly find a workaround ,
this is what i used and it is working now.
WidgetsBinding.instance?.addPostFrameCallback((_) { cusGroupController.disabledItems(slots[2]); });
