As the title says, any Customiser action such as editing a menu structure causes SCSS compilation after every change. It gets quite annoying waiting for that to finish in order to publish a change. Ideally, SCSS compilation would not trigger on every action, just those that affect the CSS such as Colors or Typography. If nothing else, disable compilation when editing menus would be a good step forward.
