Implement comprehensive health checks for all dependencies.

Tasks:

• Check database connectivity
• Check Redis connectivity
• Check external API availability
• Add readiness and liveness probes
• Return detailed health status

Files to modify:

• backend/controllers/healthController.js
• backend/utils/dbHealth.js
