Config changes are only applies when disabling and re-enabling the script

• Enable script in settings.
• Press Ctrl+Win+M to turn on.
  → Mouse strip appears with the settings set in its config menu.
• Open settings menu for the script.
• Make changes.
• Click "Apply".
  → Nothing changes.
• Click "OK".
  → Script options close, nothing changes.
• Press Ctrl+Win+M twice to turn the mouse strip off and on again.
  → Still looks like before.
• Uncheck box to disable script, click "Apply".
• Check box to enable script again, click "Apply".
  → Now the changes are finally applied.

Oh, I just noticed that the settings menu even warns about this. I think it's still a valid report, since it would be better if this wasn't the case.

Yes, it's valid although it's not a bug (config works) but a lack of functionality. Last time that some time was spendend with this it ended up in a total waste of time. There're also some other qml scripts with this problem, and it seems more complicated that it must be. Surely is doable, and surely is easy but is kinda hidden in KWin's script engine.
It'll be revisited but has low priority ATM.
