Right hand Navdraw issue requires to be double clicked as it jumps rather than loading

Hi

I believe I have found bug. When you have a few blocks in the right-hand draw and you scroll down a page then click on a link it the draw jumps up you then have to scroll up and click the link again before it loads.

I'm using Version 4.0.4 (Build: 20220912)
Can you have a look please
