Feature request: IPMI Messaging parameter to enable IPMI webinterface login

An ipmitool created user can't login over the webinterface, if the ipmi messaging isn't set to "on":
ipmitool channel setaccess 1 6 link=off ipmi=on callin=off

1 = channel
6 = userid

would be great to have this option / parameter
