Project Summary
PrivateShield Launchpad (PSL) is a privacy-first token issuance and launchpad platform built natively on the Logos ecosystem. It enables projects to launch tokens with fair, bot-resistant, and fully private distribution mechanisms, leveraging zero-knowledge proofs and shielded execution.
Unlike traditional launchpads, PSL ensures that:
Participant identities remain confidential
Allocation sizes are private
Eligibility is verifiable without disclosure
Bot and whale manipulation are mitigated at the protocol level
PSL aims to become the default capital formation layer for new projects launching within Logos.
Token launches on transparent blockchains suffer from structural inefficiencies and unfair dynamics:
Sniper bots exploit public mempools to front-run launches
Whales dominate allocations, crowding out smaller participants
Full transparency exposes user data, leading to privacy risks and targeted attacks
Inefficient distribution models reduce trust and long-term participation
These issues reduce ecosystem credibility and discourage high-quality projects from launching.
Technical Approach
PrivateShield Launchpad introduces a fully private and verifiably fair launch environment by leveraging core Logos primitives:
Shielded token issuance: Tokens are minted directly into the Logos shielded pool
ZK-based eligibility proofs: Users prove eligibility (staking, NFTs, etc.) without revealing identity
Encrypted mempool integration: Prevents front-running and bot exploitation
Private allocation enforcement: Caps enforced without revealing wallet-level data
This creates a fundamentally new category of launchpad:
A provably fair, privacy-preserving capital formation layer.

System architecture design
Smart contract framework
Token issuance MVP
Phase 2 (Weeks 5–8)
ZK eligibility implementation
Private contribution flows
Anti-bot mechanisms
Phase 3 (Weeks 9–12)
Full frontend development
Vesting module
Internal testing and QA
Phase 4 (Weeks 13–16)
DEX integration (liquidity provisioning)
Pilot launch with test project
Documentation and open-source release
Timeline
Total Duration: 14 weeks
Budget (Revised & Realistic)
Total Requested: $100,000
Breakdown:
Smart Contract Development: $15,000
Core protocol logic, token issuance, vesting, escrow, and allocation enforcement.
Zero-Knowledge Engineering: $15,000
Design and implementation of eligibility proofs, allocation constraints, and privacy-preserving verification circuits.
Frontend/Backend/Indexer Development: $20,000
User interfaces for project teams and participants, including dashboards and interaction flows.
Infrastructure & DevOps Integration: $20,000
Deployment pipelines, node infrastructure, monitoring, and backend services for new launched coins
Maintenance for 1 year - $30,000
Included maintenance for 1 year of operations
Budget Rationale
This budget reflects a lean but experienced team delivering a production-ready MVP within 14 weeks.
The largest allocation is dedicated to ZK engineering, as privacy-preserving logic and proof systems represent the highest technical complexity and risk in the project.
We prioritize:
Security and correctness
Efficient use of grant capital
Delivering a usable, extensible product for the Logos ecosystem
Additional funding (if needed) can be supported through ecosystem partnerships or post-MVP expansion.
Total Requested Budget (USD)
$100,000
Relevant Experience
Our team combines experience in Web3 infrastructure, DeFi systems, and distributed architecture:
Core contributors with experience in RPC infrastructure and staking systems
Background in DeFi protocol design and liquidity systems
Experience building production-grade blockchain services
We are currently operating infrastructure supporting high-throughput blockchain environments and are well-positioned to deliver scalable and secure systems.
Post-Delivery Plan
