contact name extraction

As a user, I would prefer if contacts get created with a proper name.

## Option 1: Emails
Emails contain three types of email address formats:
- mail@provider.com
- peter <mail@provider.com>
- Pan, Peter <mail@proiver.com>

Also: extraction of "Peter Pan" from `peter.pan@provider.com`.

## Option 2: Google People API
Maybe already pre-filled data?
