Mekanism Extras machines don't update their power consumption

Expected Behavior / 预期行为

Update energy consumption without world reset.

Actual Behavior / 实际行为

Doesn't make energy values right.
Energy and Gas upgrades work as they should. But is when the speed upgrade does not increase the consumption of the machines.
And yes, I checked. Large machines work as they should. Ultimate versions of machines also works fine

Steps to Reproduce / 重现步骤

1. Place a machine (in tier higher than ultimate versions )
   2 and 3) add energy from energy source or speed upgrades.
2. check energy gui or reader on cable
3. Exit and enter the world
4. Energy consumption is changed

UPD. This also happens in 1.20.1 with Mekanism

Mekanism Evolved works fine. Evolved Extras machines - like Extras

1. 1.20.1 - Nope
2. 1.21.1 - also Nope
   Result - not fixed. Also GBG:
3. 1.20.1 - i need pull mode and they have 1.21.1 bug
4. 1.21.1 - incorrect burning rate to fuel when buffer is full
