Add support for wandbox api #1
Description
We know the APIs CodeGod currently use are one of the best in terms of speed and language support. However, it seems like the versions of majority of the languages they support are unfortunately outdated. Wandbox is not so responsive a lot the times (obnoxious 503 something error) but still, a good competitor to the APIs we currently use, at least it has updated all of it's supported languages.
