Grouping transcript's lines based on number of lines results in chunks of text that may not reflect phrases, "paragraphs", or chunks of ideas in the video.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to group text based on intervals between each line.
For example: group text if there's at least 2 seconds of pause between lines
