Create commando2commando functionallity

In the old days hardcore people now a day know as "Developers" memorized hundreds of commands to fusion one-one with computers, becoming the computer an extension of their body and soul, they knew how to communicate with this binary entities.

With the advancement of computer cloud technologies the mighty Dev-Commander will mimic this by adding a gorgeous feature called Commando2Commando to integrate with advanced hi tech era cloud computing.

The killer app feature:

• Create a menu to add commands
• Create a file that contains all the commands
• Display the commands
• Select the command based on line and output it to a terminal so the user can use it

To avoid any misdirection that could convert this pure application into a "colossus jack of all trades and master of none" this feature should be made using the advanced plugin creation additions (APCA). This means that dev-commander new features should be adaptable but not part of the core code. To do this a new hidden setup menu will be added which will read setup files locations inside a new folder called plugins which will contain a dev-commander plugin which is no more than a folder with 2 or more files one called setup.sh and others up to the pluggetor (Yeah that is how I call the developer who creates plugins, or pluggetuor if you want to sound more sophisticated). The setup file will contain 3 functions install, delete, remove, which are quite self explanatory on their doing. Via code injection in place (or a string search and replace) new menus can be added to dev-commander.sh to run this pluggins. Finally, the UI look and feel and other high level decision making process will be handled by the pluggetor.
