I'm trying to install LIGSITEcsc by cloning the respository. But when I'm running the step make lcs, I get the error "fatal error: BALL/KERNEL/system.h: No such file or directory". I checked the kernel folder, there is no header file 'system.h'. Please let me know where I can find this file.
I also tried downloading the lcs.tgz file from www.ballview.org, but again this can't be located anywhere. Please resolve the issue. I need to run ligsite for pocket prediction.
