Fix verbiage in your solution

I am very reluctant to use a script dedicated to SharePoint patch deployment when the author of the script doesn't know the name of the application that SharePoint uses to implement binaries.
For future reference SharePoint uses PSConfig.exe not SPConfig.exe.
