Performance improvements

Currently the performance in xmlity-quick-xml leaves a lot to be desired. This issue focuses on it.

1. Need more benchmarks.

I'm currently looking at a new trait/builder model for (de)serialization that would stop the monolithic architecture currently inherited from serde, making async implementations impossible. This is a major undertaking, but my idea is not changing the derive API in any way (since that is the API that matters really). In the meantime, trying to find performance improvements in the current model I think would be great. It's not been a focus of mine so far, but I'm also starting to run into performance issues (had some files that took 12 seconds in total) so it's time (bdm ts)...

I created a repository to compare the 3 main Rust XML (de)serialization that I came across that has varying levels of support for XML namespaces.

This makes it easier for me to run benchmarks and investigate the difference in performance. If you are interested you can take a look here: xml_bench
