change request: managing form actions

Thanks for this project!
This is not real issue, just a change request/proposal. Please labels it accordly, if you want.

Do you maybe foresee to implement also the RASA 2 form particular action management?

If I can I'll contribute, with maybe more examples, e.g. to set a slot to a value, etc.

Minor stuff:

• I'd call define method with the alias on, maybe more js-idiomatic.
• I'd add info for beginners on readme, about how to run stuff (rasa run actions, etc.)

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. I'll take in consideration adding the Rasa Forms custom actions (I'll look into it maybe as soon as this weekend). With regards of the other notes:

• I agree with you that on is more js-style, might as well change it in the next version
• Since the custom connector is the only thing actually needed to connect the node-action-server with Rasa itself, I thought I'd keep the README as simple as possible to get started. The user I had in mind when doing this had already used rasa before. However, I can add a brief explanation of how to start everything from scratch 👍

About the form actions server, maybe the repo https://github.com/rohitnairtech/nodejs-formaction-sdk-rasa could give inspiration but it's old (previous RASA 2.0).
