Restore full backlog after outer loop gen-0

Context

The backlog was trimmed to a single item for outer loop gen-0 (workaround for remote-factory #1338 --focus gap). The full backlog is saved at .factory/strategy/backlog-full.md.

Action

cp .factory/strategy/backlog-full.md .factory/strategy/backlog.md

Also remove the completed item from the restored backlog:

• Set up outer loop with multi-benchmark support from remote-factory #1332 (issue Set up outer loop with multi-benchmark support from remote-factory #1332 #161) — done (PR Configure outer loop with correct forecastbench benchmark #162 merged)

Note

The trim-backlog.sh script at .factory/scripts/trim-backlog.sh remains available for future outer loop runs until remote-factory #1338 lands.
