In 3D case, for employing DeepONet, should I flatten the input function?
Something like : (B, C, H, W, D) -> (B, L)?
*My setting is 3D FDTD electromagnetic simulation. Input domain shape may be [64 x 64 x 2] ~ [128 x 128 x 4] and Output domain shape may be [64 x 64 x 16] ~ [64n x 64n x 16n]
