            <strong>Important:</strong> GameDock is an academic project designed for educational demonstration
            purposes only. Payments processed on this platform are simulated and do not involve real monetary
            transactions. Any digital products, keys, or licenses distributed are for demonstration purposes and
            are not valid commercial licenses. No goods, services, or currency exchanged through this platform
            carry real-world monetary or legal value, and GameDock should not be relied upon as a functioning
            commercial marketplace.
        </p>

        <h3 class="policy-section-title">3. Eligibility</h3>
        <p class="policy-text">
            By creating an account, you represent that you meet the minimum age required to form a binding
            agreement under applicable law in your jurisdiction, or that you have the permission of a parent or
            legal guardian to use the platform. We reserve the right to request verification of eligibility and to
            suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

            account credentials and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account,

            unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or
            damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

            <li>Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform using automated means without our prior written consent.</li>

            We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, at
            our discretion.

        <h3 class="policy-section-title">6. Game Submissions</h3>

            When utilizing the "Sell Game" feature, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary
            licenses, rights, and permissions to list and transfer the game or digital key in question. Submitting
            cracked games, unauthorized account shares, stolen keys, or prohibited activation methods is strictly
            forbidden on this platform. We reserve the right to review, reject, remove, or suspend any listing
            that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates this section or any applicable law, without prior
            notice.

            You remain responsible for the accuracy of any listing you submit, including the platform, condition,
            and price. Misrepresenting a listing may result in removal of the listing and, for repeated
            violations, suspension of your selling privileges.
        </p>

        <h3 class="policy-section-title">7. Rentals and Purchases</h3>
        <p class="policy-text">
            All rentals and purchases are subject to availability. GameDock reserves the right to refuse or cancel
            any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the
            description or price of the product, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity, or error in your
            order. Rental periods begin upon activation and are not paused, extended, or transferable once
            started. Prices displayed in currencies other than USD are indicative conversions for display purposes
            and do not constitute a separate price offer.
        </p>

        <h3 class="policy-section-title">8. Refunds and Cancellations</h3>
        <p class="policy-text">
            Refunds and order cancellations are handled in accordance with our published policies, which may be
            updated from time to time and are available on our FAQ and Contact pages. Digital purchases are
            generally final once a key or license has been revealed to you, except where required by applicable
            law or where an error is attributable to GameDock (such as duplicate charges or failed delivery).
        </p>

        <h3 class="policy-section-title">9. Intellectual Property</h3>
        <p class="policy-text">
            The GameDock name, logo, website design, and underlying code are the property of GameDock or its
            licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except where used for
            demonstration or educational purposes consistent with this project's academic nature. Game titles,
            publisher names, cover art, and related trademarks referenced on the platform remain the property of
            their respective owners and are used for identification and demonstration purposes only.

        <h3 class="policy-section-title">10. User-Generated Content</h3>
        <p class="policy-text">
            By posting content such as forum posts, comments, reviews, or listings, you grant GameDock a
            non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the
            platform for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You retain ownership of content you
            post, and you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

        <h3 class="policy-section-title">11. Termination</h3>

            We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason,
            including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right

            availability of the service.

            any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use,
            goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access
            or use, the platform.
