Update GBIF backbone

GBIF has started using extended Catalogue of Life (COL-XR) as taxonomic backbone.

We can still call it the gbif taxonomy, (MR.2) and keep using GBIF logo; COL-XR (Catalogue of Life) is the source of the taxonomy used in GBIF.

The taxon identifiers are no longer numeric.. This causes some extra work on the DW side.
