Implement provisional taxon handling (Funtax)

As a researcher, I want to have

• a way to add and manage provisional taxon concepts
  • -> development of taxonomy database
• a way to add and manage anchor sequences to taxon concepts (batch + manual)
  • -> development of taxonomy database
• Update Funtax service based on latest data (how often?)
  • -> development of Funtax service

As a specimen collector, I want to have

• a tool to identify fungi based on DNA, so that I can identify what I have found
  • -> development of Funtax service
• a place to record my observations and associated data, also using provisional names
  • -> development of Vihko & Kotka
• a place to see information about dark taxa, but only if I want to
  • -> development of Laji.fi & appendix to yearly checklist
