Edits

Following the list in https://github.com/CompVis/stable-diffusion/issues/25#issuecomment-1221416526

- Set up the conda environment with the info above. I've run the env and it bulids ldm-as without issues
(surprising as I was getting failures before on the git pulls)

- Swapped most "cuda" device references for "mps". Some spots it looked like "cpu" was appropriate to leave, so I've done so for now.
