highlands maps crash the controller

trying to add a highlands maps off tmuf-x crashes map repository. obviously, its not a popular mod or anything, but ignoring its existence may not be the best solution.

There is also the NewSnowCar mod which has a fixed hitbox of the SnowCar. There may be more custom cars in the future so supporting it may be a good idea, otherwise someone would need to clear the maps table. (Thats how i fixed it.)
