[BUG] Pin to Start command fails when triggered via Shift + Right-Click context menu

Description

The native Windows Pin to Start shortcut action does not execute when invoked through the extended context menu (Shift + Right-Click) inside One Commander. Windows File Explorer executes this command successfully for identical paths.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any executable file or folder inside One Commander.
2. Hold the Shift key and right-click the item.
3. Select Pin to Start.

Expected Behavior

The item should be pinned to the Windows Start Menu, mirroring native Windows File Explorer behavior.

I don't have a solution for it and that is why it is in the list of excluded context menu items. Command is executed without any errors but Windows just doesn't do anything
